Let’s be honest - this quest began because I was losing my damn mind.
After being diagnosed with multiple food sensitivities, EVERY meal plan I found was either too complicated, too expensive, or just a long list of what I couldn’t eat.
So, I built my own.
It wasn’t supposed to be a “thing”… but if you’ve got a jacked-up gut (like me), mystery allergies, and want to stop eating colorless food every night, building a plan was out of necessity. So why not share all my hard work??
